My Ombudsman is a nonprofit organization working to ensure that MassHealth members understand their healthcare rights and health plan benefits so they can get the care they need. Their goal for the website was to create something accessible and increase the calls to their helpline. I worked with them to rewrite their website content and mission statement to help better explain what they do. I used a storytelling approach, breaking their process down into different steps, with accompanying photos.
